Cold Stone Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy or 'cold therapy' is a technique where the body is exposed to very cold temperatures for a few minutes at a time. It can be delivered to the whole body in the form of ice baths (as popularised by the "Iceman" Wim Hof) or to localised areas through the use of tools such as cold stones.
it is believed to help with muscle pain as well as some joint and muscle disorders such as arthritis and may also promote faster healing of athletic injuries, leading it to be used as a common addition to sports recovery programmes. When used in conjunction with hot stones it can assist recovery and provide a balancing and unique treatment.
