UK Mainland
Orders placed before 11am Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the following working day.
UK orders are delivered on a next day service via DPD. Delivery is typically 1–2 working days from dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, your courier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local pickup point.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will make a second attempt the following working day. If the second attempt also fails, your parcel will be redirected to a local DPD Pickup shop where it can be collected. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a £10 re-delivery charge will apply.
International Delivery
Delivery times and charges outside the UK vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. All international deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier on behalf of your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure of the applicable charges.
Non-Delivery Claims
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@vulsini.com with your order number. We are unable to investigate or compensate for parcels reported as lost more than 14 days after the despatch date, as this falls outside our courier's claims window.
Our Commitment
We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours by email or phone to discuss your options.
