Can the VULSINI Bags heat both sticks and stones?
Yes, the bags use the same heating technology and so can all heat bamboo sticks, basalt stones and Himalayan salt stones (as well as semi-precious stones such as jade).
What's the quickest way to heat my sticks or stones in the VULSINI Bag?
For the quickest heating times set the bag to max (70ºC) for at least 45 - 60 minutes, at which point the sticks/stones will start to feel hot all the way through. Once they reach a comfortable working temperature, lower the setting to a working temperature (55ºC).
What can I do to speed up the heating time?
You can flip the sticks/stones halfway through the first 60 minutes. Also make sure each stick/stone is making contact with the base of the bag (except for the thinnest stones, eg. toe and face, which can be stacked).
Can I use my VULSINI Bag anywhere in the World?
The latest model VULSINI Heating Bags are available in either 110V or 220V and the correct voltage must be used in the relevant region.
If your bag is a model which includes a power transformer it can be used worldwide.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch all orders for the UK Mainland that are received before 11am on the same day, and depending on the size of the order it will either be sent with DPD Next Day or Royal Mail 1st Class.
International delivery times will vary.
