Returns + Warranty

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To request a return:

  • Email us at support@vulsini.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, your reason for returning, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange
  • We'll respond with the returns address and any further instructions
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
  • Return postage is at your own expense — we recommend a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Warranty + Faults 

All VULSINI products carry a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What the warranty covers

The 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes faults with the heating element, bag construction, and electrical components that arise through no fault of the user.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the care and usage instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any modifications or repairs carried out by a third party

Making a warranty claim

If a fault develops within 30 days of receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or exchange — your choice. Return postage for faulty items is covered by us.

If a fault develops after 30 days but within the 2-year warranty period, we will arrange a prompt repair or replacement. Return postage is covered by us. If an item is inspected and no fault is found, return postage costs will be charged to the customer.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault before processing a resolution.

To make a claim, email support@vulsini.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and images where possible. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 14 days.
