This cold stone massage set consists of 13 hand-cut, white marble stones used to perform cold stone cryotherapy treatments. A perfect compliment to a Hot Stone treatment, cold stones are traditionally used alongside the hot stones to balance the heat and encourage blood flow.
Cryotherapy can also help with muscle pain as well as some joint and muscle disorders such as arthritis and may also promote faster healing of athletic injuries, leading it to be used as a common addition to sports recovery programmes.
This set is used in our Hot & Cold Massage Training DVD and includes a variety of stone sizes to be used across the whole body and face as part of a full body Hot & Cold Stone treatment.
